Tickets are non-refundable. We can work with your group on rescheduling to more suitable date. Please reply to the last email you received from the Zoo, as a separate email can delay response times. Rescheduling is based on availability, and we may not always be able to accommodate a change in date.
If you have unredeemed tickets after check-in onsite, we can offer admission passes good for one year based on the number of fully paid and unredeemed tickets. Please request passes within one week after your arrival.
